Users may voluntarily submit files such as CAD files, STL / STEP / OBJ files, drawings, product specifications, manufacturing notes, and images. Such submissions are made at the user's discretion.

5. Manufacturing Partner Disclosure

Project-related information may be shared with approved partner factories, vendors, consultants, logistics providers, or technical partners strictly for purposes of manufacturing, quotation generation, production planning, quality review, procurement, or shipping.

Instrumus makes commercially reasonable efforts to work with trusted partners but cannot independently guarantee the confidentiality practices of third parties unless governed by separate agreements.

Instrumus may take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard uploaded files and technical documents. However, submissions through the Platform are not automatically protected under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and no implied confidentiality obligation arises unless expressly agreed in writing.

Users submitting confidential or proprietary information are strongly encouraged to execute a separate NDA with Instrumus before submission.

7. Intellectual Property Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the legal rights and permissions necessary to upload, share, and manufacture submitted files or technical data. Instrumus does not independently verify ownership, patent status, or licensing rights associated with uploaded content.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The Platform may use cookies and third-party analytics services to improve functionality, analyse user behaviour, and optimise performance. Users may disable cookies through their browser settings, though certain Platform features may not function as intended as a result.

Instrumus implements commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect collected information from unauthorised access, misuse, accidental loss, or unauthorised disclosure. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users acknowledge that data transmission occurs at their own risk.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Instrumus does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
