Users requiring confidentiality protections should execute a separate written NDA with Instrumus before sharing sensitive information.
8. Manufacturing Disclaimer
Additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping processes inherently involve tolerances, material variations, and process limitations. Dimensions, finishes, colours, and material properties may vary. Prototypes are not suitable for production-critical or safety-critical applications unless specifically certified.
Engineering validation and end-use suitability remain the responsibility of the customer. Instrumus makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure quality and consistency, but does not guarantee absolute dimensional accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. Partner Manufacturing Facilities
Instrumus may fulfill projects through a network of approved partner factories, vendors, and manufacturing facilities. Users acknowledge that manufacturing may occur at third-party locations and that Instrumus reserves the right to determine the most suitable fulfillment route for each project.
10. Quotations and Orders
Any quotation issued by Instrumus is non-binding unless accepted in writing and may be subject to revision, validity periods, or advance payment requirements. Submission of an inquiry through the Platform does not constitute acceptance of an order. Separate manufacturing terms or project agreements may apply.
11. Product Sales and Warranties
Instrumus may facilitate the sale or sourcing of third-party machines, consumables, or hardware. Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranties are provided by the original manufacturer, and Instrumus acts solely as a trader, reseller, or sourcing intermediary.
Instrumus shall not be liable for manufacturer defects, OEM warranty disputes, product misuse, compatibility issues, or operational downtime.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Instrumus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, production delays, engineering failures, or third-party claims arising from use of manufactured parts or products.
